We\u2019ll also be concentrating on developing more in-network referral business and relationship building, which will benefit our network\u2019s clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Relationships at Bradford, Santaularia specializes in providing advisory services to supply-chain and third-party logistics clients from around the world. Founded in 1989, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services\u2019 portfolio includes more than 20,000,000 square feet under leasing and management. The brokerage and investment team closes over 5,000,0000 square feet of transactions annually.<\/p>\n<p>In the CORFAC network, Santaularia has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He also has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors and as a member of the Affiliation and Member Engagement Committee.
