About us
The name Bridgemer tells the story of how it all began. “Bridge”, together with “mer”, French for sea, stands for the bridge across the Atlantic that the company built between Canada and Switzerland in its early years. That connection still shapes our perspective beyond the region today. It has been part of who we are from the very start.
Founded in 2002, Bridgemer has since been at home in the March, Höfe and See-Gaster region, from our office in Wollerau overlooking Lake Zurich. We advise owners, investors and companies on the sale and leasing of their properties and on strategic real estate decisions. We are rooted in the region and, through the CORFAC network, bring a perspective that reaches far beyond it.

Daniel führt Bridgemer mit Fokus auf Transaktionen und Investitionsentscheidungen. Vor Bridgemer war er als Steueranwalt bei Dentons tätig und leitete als Partner von ABB Financial Services ein internationales Anlageportfolio von über 50 Milliarden USD. Er hält einen MBA der University of Chicago Booth School of Business und ist in mehreren Rechtsordnungen als Anwalt zugelassen.

Roger advises corporate clients on tenant representation, acquisitions and sales, and leads the detailed market research behind every mandate. He holds a degree in Digital Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons and brings a strong eye for data-driven solutions.
